Spin terms
Carspa Airdrie Standard Loyalty Cards only. One welcome spin per email and one spin per staff-confirmed paid wash or Mini Valet stamp. Free rewards and membership services do not earn spins. Each spin expires 24 hours after it is issued. Outcomes are decided securely on the server. Prizes are a free standard wash, a free Mini Valet, £1 off a wash or £3 off a Mini Valet for one vehicle. Discounts apply to the matching paid service at Carspa; they cannot be stacked or exchanged for cash. Extras are charged separately. Show your card to staff; each prize can be used once. No cash alternative. Duplicate or fraudulent entries may be reviewed by Carspa staff. The welcome allowance is per email, not a guarantee of one entry per person.

Up to 10 vehicles, including vans. 5 washes for each registered vehicle.

Membership terms & cancellation
Your paid period lasts 30 days. Premium includes 10 standard washes and 4 Mini Valets for one registered vehicle. Business includes 5 standard washes per registered vehicle for up to 10 vehicles, including vans. Vehicle allowances are separate, cannot be shared and do not roll over. Extras cost more. Only staff can change a paid card’s registrations; changes preserve used allowances.
Included services do not earn Standard stamps, free eighth services or prize spins. Your existing Standard progress remains saved and resumes when membership expires. A one-off pass ends without another charge. Automatic renewal charges the displayed price every 30 days until cancelled. Cancel renewal before your next charge using Wix’s subscription options or contact Carspa. Cancellation of renewal keeps access until the paid period ends; refunds and statutory rights are unaffected.
Bookings and membership visits use our queue. Arrival time is not a guaranteed start or completion time. Mini Valets are usually completed within 45 minutes, depending on the queue; full valets generally take 4–5 hours. See our booking information for overnight drop-offs.
