Point at a loyalty, gift or paid-booking QR. Gift scans redeem the matching service once; payment scans check the live Wix payment and redeem today’s booking once. The camera starts after sign-in. Point at the correct QR to record the service automatically. Move away, then point again for another service — no waiting period. A free-service choice appears when a full card is saved.

You can also use your normal phone camera to scan the customer’s QR. It opens this staff page; sign in before stamping.

Loyalty customers & useful offers
Only customers who confirmed the optional email subscription receive campaigns. Wix adds an unsubscribe link and checks its own subscription status too.
Sell a gift card
Choose the vehicle and service at the booking price, or enter a custom product / service and amount. Take the full payment at Carspa first. This records the payment; it does not charge the customer. One gift, one use, no expiry. Existing gifts keep their original terms.
Issued codes & redemption status
Keep gift codes private. Voiding an unused gift blocks redemption; it does not refund a payment.
Private Friends & Family
Unlimited complimentary visits for staff-approved registrations. Separate from paid loyalty and memberships. No email login link is required. Share the family page and PIN privately; customers cannot edit plates.
Courtesy Passes
Give one complimentary Wash, Mini Valet or Full Valet. No email is required. Email the QR directly, share its private link, or give the login ID and PIN. No customer account is required. Staff scanning redeems it once. No expiry.
Share this Courtesy Pass
Leave blank to send the QR and its private opening link. Enter the original PIN only if you also want the email to include the login ID and PIN. PINs cannot be recovered.
SMS is unavailable until Twilio approval and delivery testing are complete.
The reference alone is not proof of payment. Match the customer and vehicle to the booking. Redeem only when the customer arrives on the booked date. Used references cannot be accepted again. This page checks the current Wix record; it never takes payments or marks an unpaid order as paid.
